TV Jones Quality Guarantee and Return policy:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with TV Jones pickups. If you are not satisfied with the sound of your pickup, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase. However, most sound or installation issues are usually solved by email correspondence or a phone call. Any factory defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
TV Jones will not accept an exchange if the pickup is not in new condition. Any physical modifications to the pickup (wiring, etc) will void the warranty. Pickups that have excessive cosmetic damage cannot be returned.
Returns must have a Returned Authorization (RA) number, and must be shipped freight prepaid to us with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Any packages shipped to TV Jones without a visible RA number will be refused and returned freight collect to the sender. The original, dated invoice must accompany each return showing that the pickup was purchased from TV Jones, Inc. within three weeks from the issuance of the RA number. Please allow up to three weeks for your exchange to be processed. Please follow these steps:
- Email TV Jones Customer Service at exchanges@tvjones.com for an RA number
- Package the pickup(s) securely and write the RA number on the outside of the box
- Enclose the original, dated invoice
- Ship your return to: TV Jones, Inc. P.O. Box 2802 Poulsbo, WA 98370
Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless we made an error on your order.

At TV Jones, your personal information is confidential. We do not sell or disclose any information about our customers. We do not permit use of our customers' personal information for use in marketing by any other company.
We will never use your email address for anything other than contacting you regarding your TV Jones order(s). Your e-mail address will remain confidential, and will not be released to any third party.

Shipping Information
We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery in the United States. Canadian and International orders may take longer. We build each pickup to order so some parts may not be immediately available for certain products. We will contact you if the pickups you ordered will take longer than 3 weeks. You may also call in advance to inquire about availability of the products you wish to order.
There are additional shipping charges for destinations outside of the Continental United States. To calculate the shipping costs for your location, select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to Check Out. Enter your personal information selecting the appropriate "Shipping Destination" and proceed to "Verify Order". You will now see the shipping total. You can either accept and submit your order or cancel it at that time.
All local tax, duties or brokerage fees for Canadian and International orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
