TV Jones Exchange Policy

Pickups purchased directly from us may be exchanged within 30 day of purchase. Pickups must be in as new condition and not altered or damaged in any way. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes or damages made by any installer or technician. If the leads have been cut, there is a $10 per pickup re-lead fee. If a pickup cover has been scratched, there is a $10 replacement fee plus the cost of the cover (which varies, depending on the type of cover).

If you have purchased the pickups through a dealer, exchanges are subject to the dealer's in-house exchange policy.
We do not exchange pickups that have been purchased pre-installed as "Original Equipment" (OEM) on other guitar manufacturer's guitars. No returns on shims, compression rubber, or ring risers. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please Follow these steps:

• Email exchanges@tvjones.com to get an RA#
• Please carefully wrap the pickup in bubble wrap or other material that provides ample protection and cushioning. Please enclose the cushioned/wrapped pickup in a box that is sturdy enough for shipping. Please make sure the pickup does not "bounce" around" in the box, causing scratches or other damage. Note: the mounting screws should not be packed in contact with the pickup, we recommend taping the mounting screws to the outside of the pickup after it has been wrapped up.
• Please enclose a note about why you are sending the pickup (is it a exchange, a warranty issue, etc.).
• Include a copy of the original receipt.

If you are exchanging pickups you will be charged for the return shipping. Please enclose a check (if within the US) or provide a credit card number. If you are providing a credit card number also include billing address, expiration date, and 3-digit "v-code" from the back of the card.

• Please make sure to include your contact information inside the box you are sending to us.
• You may want to insure your package. We cannot be responsible for returns we don't receive.
