TV Jones pickups are available in many different mounting options. The traditional mounting option in a guitar such as the Gretsch® 6120 is shipped with two wood screws that mount directly to the bracing in your guitar. We do recommend popping out the factory wooden shims and replacing with compression rubber in order to fine-tune the height of your pickup to exact specs. Click here to see a video of this procedure.
| The English Mount is our latest mounting option and comes in two versions, the EM-1 and the EM-2. The EM-1 comes equipped with a Gibson® style ring, mounting screws, and springs. The EM-1 is specifically designed for Les Paul® or ES-335 style guitars in order to fit a Filter’tron™ style pickup (such as the TV Classic, Power’Tron, Magna’Tron, or Super’Tron) into a standard humbucker cavity. The EM-2 is designed for Gretsch® guitars that have the large new rectangular Gretsch® rings such as a the 5120 Electromatic. This allows you to achieve the traditional Gretsch® look. |

| The TV’Tron mount uses the same size cover and base plate as a standard humbucker, so it can be mounted into any guitar with standard humbucker cavities. Since the pickup cover is completely enclosed, we use nickel/silver alloy instead of brass to retain as much clarity as possible. The TV Tron mount is used for installing a TV Classic, Power’Tron, or Magna’Tron into a Les Paul®/ ES 335 style guitar and retains the look of a stock humbucker. |

| The P’Tron mount uses the same size cover as a stock P-90 soapbar pickup. It will retro-fit in any guitar equipped with soapbars. This is a plastic soapbar cover with a TV Jones Classic, Power’Tron, Magna’Tron or Thunder’Tron under the hood. |  |

| The Dyna’Tron mount is for guitars with top-mounted DeArmond® or Dynasonic® single-coil pickups (which do not sit in a pickup cavity). Use your existing pickup cover and replace with the new double-coil TV Jones pickup. Pickups available in the Dyna’Tron mount are: TV Classic, TV Classic Plus, Power'Tron, Power'Tron Plus, and Magna'Tron. |  |
