TV Jones Pickup Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with TV Jones pickups, however, if you are not satisfied with your pickup, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that most issues are usually solved by email correspondence or a phone call. Click here to remedy common mistakes made during installation.
Any factory defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, upon inspection.
Pickups must be in “as new” condition and not altered or damaged in any way. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes or damages made by an installer or technician. For cut lead wires there is a $25 per pickup re-wire fee. For scratched pickup covers, there is a $10 replacement fee plus the cost of the cover (cost varies). A restocking fee of up to 20% may be incurred for items returned in non-original condition.
Pickups purchased from a dealer must be exchanged with that dealer and are subject to the dealer’s in-house exchange policy.
We do not exchange pickups that have been purchased pre-installed as “Original Equipment” (OEM).
No returns on shims, compression rubber, or ring risers.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All exchanges must have an RA# and must be shipped postage prepaid to us with the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Any packages shipped to TV Jones without a visible RA# will be refused and returned freight collect to the sender.
Please allow up to three weeks for your exchange to be processed.
To get an RA#:Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Reason for exchange, invoice number, date of purchase, name, address, phone number, and email address.
Shipping Instructions:You will be issued an RA# via email if your exchange qualifies. Wrap the pickup in bubble wrap or other suitable material that provides protection and cushioning. Enclose the cushioned/wrapped pickup in a sturdy box – make sure the pickup will not “bounce around”, which causes scratches and other damage. Please write the RA# on the outside of the box.
Note: Mounting screws should NOT be packed in contact with the pickup. Tape mounting screws to the outside of the pickup after it has been wrapped up – on the underside – away from the cover.
Enclose a note that includes the following: Reason for the exchange (tone, fit, exchange, a warranty issue, etc.), what you would like to exchange it for, and a copy of the original receipt. Return shipping will be charged on all exchanges. Enclose a check (if within the US) or credit card info (card number, expiration date, 3-digit code from the back of the card, and billing address).
Include your contact information inside the box you are sending to us.
Consider insuring the package – we cannot be responsible for returns we don’t receive.
